In this category, all types of buttercream are allowed for coating and decorating the cake (American buttercream, French cream, Swiss/Italian meringue, etc.), as well as the use of whipped cream. We ask that you make at least a 2-tiered cake, for which there are no size restrictions – and the base can be polystyrene/styrofoam, but it must be built according to the pattern and structure of a real cake. The individual levels must have a classic shape (cylindrical, square, octagonal, etc.) The use of filler/floating levels and spacer columns is not allowed. A general description of the chosen topic, applied technique and materials must be attached to the concert piece. If necessary, the judges will also provide additional, more detailed photos they can ask about the project. You can only enter with your own work.
